How do we reserve our Tour?

Booking is easy. On each Tour Package page you will find a Check Availability Form to fill in with your details and submit your reservation with us. Once we receive it we will check for availability and get back to you within 24 hours.

What are the payment methods available to pay for the Tours?

Once your reservation is confirmed and we have received your details, we will send you a payment request link to secure your reservation slot. If no payment is received the slot will remain available to other customers. For more information please contact us via email or whatsapp.

Are the entrance tickets to the sites included in the price of the Tour?

Yes. All Tours include entrance tickets to the various sites, including to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve and the sites within the Upper Rock. Having all the fees paid beforehand will enable you less waiting time and hassle so you can enjoy the sites as much as possible.

What things are not included in the Tour Fee?

The Tours do not include extra expenses related to meals, beverages, snacks, souvenirs or extra tips for the tour guides.

What things are included in the Tour Fee?

Professionally Guided tour in a private vehicle, pick & drop off from your selected location within Gibraltar. Entrance Tickets to all the sites within the Nature Reserve.

What Languages are the Tours conducted in?

Our GTA Gibraltar Tours drivers are bilingual, being fluent in both English and Spanish, though we may also offer some guides who can speak German and French. If any other language is required, our vehicles are also equipped with a multimedia system that can provide translations of the tours in other languages like Polish, Italian, Czech, Portuguese and others upon request.

Are there Vehicles available with Wheelchair Access?

We currently have limited vehicles that can accommodate wheelchairs. We recommend you request this in advance to check for availability. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

How are the accessibility conditions at the different sites??

Our drivers will try to park as close to the entrances as possible, although some Sites are not wheelchair friendly, or may require long distance walking, as is the case for the Tunnels for example. However if you wish to know more detailed information, contact us via email or whatsapp and we will be more than happy to assist you.

What is the Policy for Cancellations?

Hopefully there will be no need to cancel your most anticipated tour around the Rock of Gibraltar, however, we will consider special circumstances that may arise, such as unforeseen travel delays. If you can advise us within 48 hours in advance we can make other arrangements or modifications to your tour, but unfortunately if it’s 48 hours or less, before an agreed reservation, no payments or deposits will be refunded. 

What happens if our group has more than 8 people?

Normally our vehicles can take up to 8 passengers plus the driver, but if you wish to reserve a Tour for a larger group, we can make special arrangements by assigning more than one vehicle to the group or by making available one or more minibuses if need be. For more detailed information we recommend you get in contact with us via email or whatsapp and we will do our best to find a way to accommodate your group.  

What locations will the pick-up and drop-off be?

Pick-up and Drop off locations will depend on various circumstances, such as the Tour Packages that you have reserved, where you are travelling from, if it’s via Spain through the frontier, on a flight to Gibraltar or on a Cruise Liner. Depending on where you arrive the pick-up point may be different, therefore, please contact us for more information or check out the FAQ in the other categories – Arriving via Spain and or via Cruise ship.

ARRIVING VIA CRUISE SHIP

Can we book a shared Tour with other Cruise passengers?

If your family is small or you’re travelling alone and wish to share a tour with other cruise passengers, all you need to do is open a roll call on Cruise Critics boards and gather a group of 8 people or join anyone who has already opened a roll call on board. Once you have a group of 8 passengers you can then get in contact with our team to check availability and reserve your tour.

Is it possible to reserve a Tour with more than 8 cruise passengers?

You may reserve a Tour for larger groups by opening a roll call on Cruise Critics boards. Although our vehicles only take up to 8 people, we can make arrangements to have available other vehicles to accommodate the number of passengers in the group. We may have same size vehicles to travel together in convoy or arrange for a minibus. For more details get in contact with us and we will assist you in the best way possible.

Where is the meeting point when arriving by Cruise?

If you are arriving by Cruise, the meeting point will be at the Cruise Terminal where our driver will be waiting with  your name card just as you exit the Cruise Terminal. If you have any other questions about this matter please get in contact with us via email or whatsapp.

What are the drop off locations for Cruise passengers?

Our Drivers can drop you off right back at the Cruise Terminal or if you would like to be dropped off somewhere else, please speak to the driver on the day and he will be happy to accommodate your needs.

ARRIVING VIA SPAIN

What should I expect at the frontier crossing from Spain into Gibraltar?

It is highly likely you will encounter long queues meaning you will have some waiting time before you are able to come into Gibraltar. Queues are more likely to exist when coming in by car, but occasionally there will also be queues for people walking into Gibraltar. It is recommended that you account for this extra time when booking your tours.

What identification documents are requested at the Gibraltar border?

If you are an EU National and holder of a valid national identity card, then you are good to go. If you are a non-EU national then all visitors will be required to have a valid Passport. Visitors that are required to have a Visa to enter the United Kingdom, are also required to have a Visa to enter into Gibraltar. 

What are the parking options if we arrive from Spain?

Gibraltar does not offer many parking solutions as space is limited in this city and generally queues to leave Gibraltar tend to be lengthy during the afternoon at peak hour. Therefore, we always recommend visitors to park their cars in the nearby town of La Linea de la Concepcion before crossing into Gibraltar. In La Linea there are a few underground parking options as well as open air parking close to the border entrance.  

Where do we meet our Driver if we arrive from Spain or on a UK flight into Gibraltar?

If you are arriving from Spain by the Land Frontier, we will have a representative at the frontier, just as you walk in, where one of our friendly staff will meet you. If arriving on a UK flight you will be met right outside the Airport Terminal by our driver who will be holding a name card. Depending on how long you stay in Gibraltar, we can also make arrangements to collect you from any local Hotel or other accommodation within Gibraltar.

What are the drop off locations?

Our drivers can drop you off at the frontier where you were picked up, but other locations are also acceptable. If you wish to be dropped off at a different location just speak to our friendly drivers and make the necessary arrangements, or contact us via email or whatsapp for more information.
