How do we reserve our Tour?

Booking is easy. On each Tour Package page you will find a Check Availability Form to fill in with your details and submit your reservation with us. Once we receive it we will check for availability and get back to you within 24 hours.

What are the payment methods available to pay for the Tours?

Once your reservation is confirmed and we have received your details, we will send you a payment request link to secure your reservation slot. If no payment is received the slot will remain available to other customers. For more information please contact us via email or whatsapp.

Are there Vehicles available with Wheelchair Access?

We currently have limited vehicles that can accommodate wheelchairs. We recommend you request this in advance to check for availability. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

What is the Policy for Cancellations?

Hopefully there will be no need to cancel your most anticipated tour around the Rock of Gibraltar, however, we will consider special circumstances that may arise, such as unforeseen travel delays. If you can advise us within 48 hours in advance we can make other arrangements or modifications to your tour, but unfortunately if it’s 48 hours or less, before an agreed reservation, no payments or deposits will be refunded. 

What identification documents are requested at the Gibraltar border?

If you are an EU National and holder of a valid national identity card, then you are good to go. If you are a non-EU national then all visitors will be required to have a valid Passport. Visitors that are required to have a Visa to enter the United Kingdom, are also required to have a Visa to enter into Gibraltar. 

What Languages are the Tours conducted in?

Our GTA Gibraltar Tours drivers are bilingual, being fluent in both English and Spanish, though we may also offer some guides who can speak German and French. If any other language is required, our vehicles are also equipped with a multimedia system that can provide translations of the tours in other languages like Polish, Italian, Czech, Portuguese and others upon request.
